2. No recovery guarantees
Kbetix Forensics does not guarantee fund recovery, account unfreezes or any other specific outcome. The achievability of a result depends on case facts, the willingness of counterparties (exchanges, banks, law enforcement), applicable law and other factors outside the contractor's control. Any statements about probability are a professional forecast, not a promise.
3. Not legal or investment advice
Site content is general information. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, tax advisor or financial counsellor specific to the reader's situation.
4. Cases and illustrations
Published cases are anonymised. Names, exact amounts and identifying details are replaced. The factual elements (exchange, type of block, timing, scope of work) are real. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
5. Ethics and right to decline
Kbetix Forensics reserves the right to decline any case without giving reasons — in particular, where there is doubt about the legitimacy of fund origin, signs of sanctions risk, or attempts to use our services for money laundering, coercion or other activity contrary to law or our internal ethical standards.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, design, code, Kbetix Forensics brand and logos are owned by Kbetix Forensics. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Citation with source attribution and a link is allowed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kbetix Forensics is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or non-material harm arising from use of the site. Liability under any specific contract is governed by the terms of that contract.
8. Governing law
Use of the site is governed by the law of the country in which Kbetix Forensics is registered. Client contractual relations are governed by the law specified in the corresponding agreement.
