Privacy policy

Version dated 24 June 2026. Data controller — Kbetix Forensics.

1. What we collect

To deliver our services we process: contact data (name, email, Telegram), case descriptions, documents and correspondence provided by the client for diagnostics and case management, plus technical site logs (IP, user-agent, referrer) for security and aggregated analytics.

2. Legal basis

Bases: performance of the client agreement, pre-contractual steps (diagnostics), legitimate interest in fraud and sanctions-risk prevention, and AML/KYC obligations applicable in relevant jurisdictions.

3. NDA and confidentiality regime

Before any sensitive case details are shared, a confidentiality agreement (NDA) is signed. Case materials are stored encrypted and accessible only to the team directly working on the matter. Public case studies are anonymised — no real names, amounts or identifying details.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We may share the minimum necessary data with partner law firms (with client authorisation), exchanges within formal compliance procedures and law-enforcement bodies — only on lawful grounds and with client instruction. No data is shared with marketing or advertising intermediaries.

5. Retention

Active case materials are retained during the engagement and for up to 24 months after closure. After that the data is anonymised or deleted. Records that must be retained by law (accounting, AML records) are kept for their statutory term.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses only functional cookies required for basic operation (e.g. storing the selected language). No advertising trackers or third-party cookies are deployed. Where analytics is used, an anonymised mode is enabled.

7. Data-subject rights

You may request access to your data, correction, processing restriction, portability or erasure — to the extent that does not conflict with Kbetix Forensics's legal obligations. Send requests to contact@kbetix.live.

8. Changes

The current revision of this policy is published on this page with its date. Material changes are communicated directly to active clients.
