Crypto forensics without promises we cannot keep
Kbetix Forensics is an independent firm focused on digital asset recovery, exchange-account unfreezes and on-chain investigations. We operate by the following principles: transparent process, documented outcome, nothing beyond what is actually feasible.
Operating principles
- No recovery guarantees. Anyone offering one is a scammer. We provide a probability assessment before any contract is signed.
- Documented process. Every step produces a report suitable for exchanges, banks and law-enforcement bodies.
- NDA before disclosure. Sensitive details are discussed only after the confidentiality agreement is in place.
- Success fee. Most of the compensation is tied to actual recovery — incentives are aligned.
- Ethics of refusal. If a case is hopeless or falls outside the legal frame, we say so immediately.
Methodology
Every engagement starts with diagnostics: we review the on-chain timeline, exchange correspondence and the client's documentation. From this we produce a realistic probability assessment and a work plan. Tracing uses professional chain-analysis tooling; legal escalation runs through partner law firms in the EU, UAE, UK and US. The technical report stays separate from the legal strategy — that lets the same artefact be reused across parallel procedures.
Jurisdictions and partners
Kbetix Forensics is the contracting entity. Exchange work is performed directly through compliance channels. Local representation in client jurisdictions runs through partners: law firms in the EU, FZ-LLC partners in the UAE, solicitors in the UK, attorneys in the US. Each partnership is a formal arrangement with its own KYC.
What we do not do
- We do not work with knowingly illicit-flow schemes or help legitimise the origin of funds.
- We do not bypass sanctions and do not engage with sanctioned persons.
- We do not "recover" funds via grey schemes, exit-scammers or P2P arbitrageurs.
- We do not promise timelines or amounts without a preliminary diagnostic.
