Bybit has been expanding compliance after securing licences in the UAE and EU. Most blocks relate to KYC/KYB discrepancies or shifts in trading profile. They resolve through a standardised document pack.

Preventive note

If a UBO, director or ownership-structure change is planned — update KYB on Bybit proactively, before compliance spots the discrepancy. The reactive path is always more expensive.
